Special sourced dairy free 70% Dark Chocolate

There are more than 200 compounds found in the cocoa bean that are thought to be beneficial for the human body, however the main focus is around the so-called polyphenols. Usually, the human body lacks of antioxidants and become susceptible to damage by free radicals. Polyphenols from cocoa have antioxidant qualities on vascular health, lowering the blood pressure, improving the blood flow to the brain and heart, making the blood platelets less sticky and preventing the clotting.

Pea protein

is ideal for vegans and vegetarians, is a 100% natural vegetable source of protein derived from golden peas and is free from dairy, lactose, cholesterol, sugar and other ingredients typically found in whey proteins. The protein itself provides a comprehensive amino acid profile, providing essential and non-essential amino acids, all the while being free from: gluten, lactose, dairy, and cholesterol.

Oat Flour

Our Oat Flour is Gluten-Free and made up of 100% pure Canadian oats, which is free from all major allergens and additives. Our supplier follows Purity Protocol process producing oats that consistently contain less than 5 ppm gluten, far surpassing the standard of 20 ppm set by the FDA and Health Canada. This ensures the product is safe for those with cleilac disease or gluten sensitivity. 

Oat Flour provides soluble fiber and antioxidants that can help protect against heart disease and lower blood sugar levels.

Organic Stevia Leaf Extract

IMO prebiotic Syrup

IMO stands for Isomaltooligosaccharides which is a mixture of short-chain carbohydrates that have digestion-resistant properties. The raw material used for producing IMO is pea starch , which is enzymatically converted into a mixture of isomaltooligosaccharides. IMO syrup is a healthy lower calorie natural prebiotic fibre syrup and powder sweetener that provides a good source of prebiotic and non-GMO dietary fiber for improved digestive health. Our Organic coconut oil is steam-processed from non-GMO, sustainably farmed coconuts is rich in lauric acid and MCTs, making it one of the world's most nourishing and versatile superfoods. Unlike other oils on the market, our coconut oil is extracted and processed using steam instead of hexane or other dangerous chemicals. The neutral profile makes it ideal for our cookie dough, where we did not desire to have a coconut flavor. Sea salt

Sea salt is mostly composed of sodium chloride, a compound that helps regulate fluid balance and blood pressure in the body.
Since it’s minimally processed, it contains some minerals, including potassium, iron and calcium. This is one reason why it’s often considered nutritionally superior to table salt, which is heavily ground and has had most of its nutrients removed.
